This year a special fundraising Nite was held in Febuary followed by the Fiji Gala Nite which was jointly held with the Fiji Embassy in Washington in April to raise money for the victims of the devastated floods in Fiji .

Apart from the goals and objectives of the Association , We are very much concerned about our Youths education .It is important that all of our children do not slip away from these educational opprtunities provided to them .We have from time to time provided incentives to our Youths graduating at all levels and to others who are still in schools. We as volunteers of the Association feel that some form of monetary , recognition and enchouragement should be given to our Youths who exel and don't exel in their endeavours . In 2008 , we provided eighteen scholarships and hundreds of recognition certificates to our youths . A lot of good has come out of this.

Without Educational , Cultural ,Religious and Sporting activities ,we will fail our future generations .

The hard working volunteers from the Fiji American National Association is proud to assist our community all the time . Please become members of our Association and be in the Committees that You may best serve in.
